At Slice and Dice, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Be in its original condition
• Be free from excessive wear, damage, or misuse
• Include all original accessories and packaging whenever possible

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Products that have been damaged through misuse or improper handling
• Products missing major components or accessories

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
