Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Slice and Dice is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work to provide a suitable resolution.
